1. General Refund Policy

• Full Refunds: A full refund is available within 7 days of the payment date, provided the service is "Unused." To apply, please submit a request via Channel Talk.
• Criteria for "Unused":
  • The user has not used (deducted) any credits — including video conversion requests, watermark removal, or any other credit-consuming features.
• No Refund After Credit Use: Once any credits have been used (deducted) after payment, the payment is non-refundable.
• Exceptional Refunds: If a refund is exceptionally granted due to unavoidable circumstances, it will be processed in accordance with this Refund Policy, and the cancellation penalty fee plus USD $1.50 (one dollar and fifty cents) will be deducted from the calculated refund amount before the refund is issued.
• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds are calculated based on either the remaining days of the subscription or the amount of usage.
  • To apply for a partial refund, you must contact us individually through Channel Talk.
  • Please note that additional deductions apply to all partial refunds: the cancellation penalty fee plus a USD $1.50 processing fee.
  • If the payment card has been canceled or if a chargeback/card cancellation is technically impossible, the refund will be processed via a designated bank account provided by the user.

2. Monthly Plan Refund Policy

• Ineligibility: Monthly plans purchased using a promotion/discount code are strictly non-refundable.
• Refund Calculation Rules: The refund amount is calculated based on whichever is greater: the subscription period used or the volume of usage consumed.

  • Based on Subscription Period: The period used is calculated from the "Subscription Renewal Date (or Start Date)" to the "Refund Application Date." The formula is:

    $\text{Purchase Price} \times \frac{30 - \text{Days Used}}{30}$

    (Excluding additional deduction calculations). No refund is available after 30 days have elapsed.

  • Based on Usage Volume: Calculated based on the number of credits allocated per month. The formula is:

    $\text{Purchase Price} \times \frac{\text{Allocated Credits} - \text{Used Credits}}{\text{Allocated Credits}}$

    (Excluding additional deduction calculations).

  • If your usage volume is disproportionately higher than the remaining subscription days, the refund may be significantly reduced or unavailable.

    • Example 1: If you have used the Creator Plan for 10 days but have consumed all 1,500 monthly credits, you are not eligible for a refund.
    • Example 2: If you have used the Creator Plan for 10 days and consumed 1,000 of your 1,500 monthly credits, you are deemed to have used 66% of the service, making you eligible for a refund of the remaining 33% (subject to the penalty fee and USD $1.50 deductions).

  • Penalty Fee Deduction: After the base refund amount is calculated using the rules above, a 15% cancellation penalty fee plus a USD $1.50 processing fee will be additionally deducted from that amount before the final refund is issued.

    • Example: If you request a refund for the Creator Plan (USD $9.99/month) after 10 days of use and consuming 500 credits, the final refund will be:

      $[9.99 \times (20/30)] \times 0.85 - 1.50 = 4.16 \text{ USD}$

      (Please note that the plan prices used in these formulas are subject to change, which may alter the final calculated outcome).

3. Annual Plan Refund Policy

(Calculated based on the renewal/payment date)

• Refund Formula:

  $\text{Refund Amount} = [\text{Payment Amount} - (\text{Regular Price Before Discount} \times \frac{\text{Months Used}}{12})] \times (1 - \text{Penalty Rate})$

  • Months Used: Calculated based on your renewal/payment date. If a plan is used for even a single day or if at least one credit is consumed within a billing month, that month is counted as fully "Used."
  • Regular Price Before Discount: (Monthly plan subscription fee $\times$ 12) OR (The original price prior to applying promotion benefits).

• Penalty Fee Deduction: A 15% cancellation penalty fee plus a USD $1.50 processing fee will be additionally deducted from the calculated baseline amount before the final annual plan refund is issued.

  • Example: If you subscribe to the Pro Plan (Regular price: USD $24.99/month) via an annual payment of USD $167.88, and request a refund after 3 months, the final refund will be:

    $[167.88 - \{299.88 \times 0.25\}] \times 0.85 - 1.50 = 77.47 \text{ USD}$
