This policy explains FikaClip’s credit accrual, usage, expiration, and refund rules. Please review it carefully before making a payment.

Credits are the single usage currency deducted when using FikaClip’s AI features. We have removed the previous "N uses per month" usage-count model and unified usage into a credit deduction model based on the amount required for each feature, such as video conversion, dubbing, and TTS.
Credits are not cash, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may only be used within the service during their validity period.

Subscription Credits and Additional Credits differ in nature, and their balance, validity period, and refund standards are applied separately.

※ Source videos longer than 60 minutes are not supported for conversion. Some features, including Auto-layout (50C), are scheduled to be introduced sequentially.
